• applications for Supervision Orders
• Secure Accommodation Orders
• Placement Orders
• Care Orders and Special Guardianship Orders.

The team has an extensive practice working primarily with parents involved in care proceedings in both the Magistrates and County Courts.

We are able in most cases to obtain public funding (Legal Aid) for your case, and can offer free initial appointments where there is a court hearing following an application by the Local Authority.
