Patricia O’Neil is based in our Comberton Office and heads our Wills and Probate department. Irena Spence deals with Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney in our Cambridge office.

The department provides advice relating to the preparation of:-

• Wills and Powers of Attorney
• applications for grants of probate and administrations of estates.

They are also experienced in dealing with Court of Protection applications.

Wills can be prepared at either of our offices by Patricia O’Neil,Tracy Spilsbury or Irena Spence. Home visits can also be arranged subject to availability.
